Sales & Retention Account New CairoWe are hiring Sales and Retention Agents for a US-based account. This role is focused on outbound outreach (phone/email) and customer re-engagement within the US market.
Financials & Benefits- Net Salary: Up to 21,500 EGP.
- Commissions: Uncapped (performance-based).

Requirements- Language: Fluent English (B2/C1).
- Experience: Previous sales or retention experience is preferred.
- Location: New Cairo (On-site).
- Skills: Ability to handle objections and close deals in a fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and contact potential leads via outbound calls.
- Manage customer retention through persuasive communication.
- Meet daily/monthly KPIs and sales targets.
