Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing Forex trading clients
- Act as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Handle client inquiries professionally via phone, email, and online platforms
- Promote trading activity and introduce relevant products/services
- Negotiate effectively to retain clients and prevent account churn
- Monitor client performance and provide timely follow-ups
- Meet retention and revenue targets set by the company
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in Forex trading as a Retention or Relationship Manager
- Strong understanding of Forex markets and trading platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Confident and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Target-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
