About The Role
SILQFi is on a mission to solve the cash
flow and trade challenges that hold back businesses across Saudi Arabia. As
Growth Lead – Retention & Monetization, you own lifetime value — designing
the loyalty ladder and monetization loops that keep customers active, growing,
and coming back to Fina.
This is a curious, numbers-aware role
rooted in understanding customers. You will dig into why sellers stay, why they
leave, and what drives them to buy again — then turn those insights into tiered
rewards, lifecycle campaigns, and the loops that convert Omni POS users into
Fina financing. You will build the seller experience alongside the Growth Squad
and the Omni Product Team, always grounded in unit economics.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the Customer Growth Ladder (tiered
rewards).
Talk to customers regularly to understand
what drives app usage, repeat usage, loyalty and churn- and feed those insights
straight into the roadmap.
Design tiered and gamified reward logic
and trigger-based lifecycle campaigns that increase repeat usage and tier
migration.
Take ownership of building the in-app
dashboard together with the Growth Squad.
Model reward costs and unit economics
(LTV, churn, margin) so monetization scales profitably.
Grow financed volume as a share of total
GTV through well-designed cross-sell loops.
What We're Looking For
Up to 2 years of experience in loyalty or
customer-value management (CVM), retention strategy, lifecycle marketing or a
related growth role.
A genuine customer-discovery mindset — you
dig into why customers stay, leave, and buy again. This curiosity is the heart
of the role.
Professional fluency in both English and
Arabic, spoken and written.
Comfort with numbers and a working
intuition for unit economics.
A degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing,
Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Skills That Set You Apart
Modeling capability in Excel or Sheets to
calculate reward costs and returns — or the eagerness to build it.
Familiarity with- or the eagerness to self
learn and master them quickly - lifecycle messaging tools (OneSignal, CleverTap,
Braze, or MoEngage) to design trigger-based campaigns.
Experience designing tiered or gamified
loyalty systems, ideally for B2B users.
