Role Description The Revenue and E-Commerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role is responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies, including pricing, distribution, and inventory control across online and offline channels. The manager will oversee e-commerce platforms, optimize OTA and brand website performance, and analyze booking patterns and market trends to maximize RevPAR and overall profitability. Day-to-day tasks include managing rate plans and promotions, monitoring competitor activity, preparing performance reports and forecasts, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and front office teams to align revenue initiatives with operational execution. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with online partners, ensuring accurate content and availability, and driving direct bookings through effective digital merchandising and customer-focused offers.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into revenue and e-commerce strategies.
- Proficiency in business negotiation and sales, including managing rate agreements, contracts, and commercial partnerships.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners and support guest-centric initiatives.
- Experience in revenue management systems, channel managers, and e-commerce platforms within the hospitality sector.
- Solid understanding of online distribution, OTA management, and digital marketing fundamentals related to hotel bookings.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a hotel revenue management, reservations, or e-commerce role is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, prioritize multiple tasks, and make data-informed decisions under time constraints.
