Revenue Assurance Coordinator - Salary - AED 12k per month.
The Revenue Assurance Officer (RAC) is a senior, trusted commercial role reporting directly to the Group CEO. The role exists to protect the commercial integrity, cash certainty and financial performance of the group by ensuring strong revenue assurance, contract governance, and leadership accountability. You will work closely with the Finance Manager (with respect to invoicing, payroll, supplier payments, cashflow and invoice factoring), Managing Directors, Contract, Operations and Account Management teams.
While invoicing, payroll, supplier payments, and cashflow management are owned by the outsourced Finance Manager, the RAC acts as the commercial control point across the group. The role leads on revenue assurance, resolves payment-related issues with clients and contractors, and works closely with each Managing Director to ensure they remain on track against their P&L. This role provides the Group CEO with clear, independent visibility over revenue risk, cash exposure, and divisional performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Assurance & Commercial Oversight
- Own assurance of revenue from contract through to cash receipt
- Ensure all revenue is supported by valid, approved contracts prior to deployment.
- Provide oversight of invoicing accuracy and timing (non-executional).
- Monitor aged debt, payment trends, and revenue risk across the group.
- Act as the senior escalation point for payment issues and disputes.
- Drive improvements in debtor days and cash certainty.
Contractor & Client Payment Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractor and client payment queries.
- Resolve issues relating to invoices, timesheets, rates, or payment timing.
- Coordinate with account managers, contracts, and the outsourced Finance Manager to resolve issues.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships during sensitive commercial discussions.
- Protect the group's reputation while enforcing commercial discipline.
Contracts & Commercial Governance
- Oversee contract issuance, extensions, renewals, and variations prior to deployment.
- Ensure commercial terms (rates, margins, payment terms) are accurately reflected.
- Maintain full visibility of contract lifecycles, end dates, and revenue exposure.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms before revenue is recognised.
- Maintain audit-ready records and controls
Finance Collaboration (Non-Executional)
- Work closely with the outsourced Finance Manager on:
- Invoicing inputs and exceptions- Payroll validation and payment queries
- Supplier and contractor payment issues
- Cashflow risks and revenue exposure
- Ensure finance processes are supported by accurate, timely commercial data.
- Support funder and audit requirements through strong controls. P&L
Oversight & Leadership Partnership
- Work directly with each Managing Director to support ownership of their P&L.
- Provide MDs with clear visibility on revenue, margin, costs, and cash performance.
- Challenge variances and highlight risks impacting divisional profitability.
- Support corrective actions to keep divisions on track against budgets and targets.
- Act as a trusted commercial adviser to MDs and the Group CEO.
Reporting, Risk & Continuous Improvement
- Provide the Group CEO with clear, regular reporting on:
- Revenue assurance and aged debt
- Cash certainty and exposure
- P&L performance and risks by division
- Identify revenue leakage, control gaps, and operational inefficiencies.
- Design and implement process improvements as the group scales.
- Own and evolve revenue assurance standards across all group entities.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Senior experience in revenue assurance, commercial operations, or finance leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of contract-to-cash and P&L management.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
- Confident managing complex client and contractor payment issues.
- High commercial judgement and integrity.
Desirable
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or contractor-led businesses.
- Exposure to invoice finance environments.
- Experience working with outsourced finance teams.
- Multi-entity or international exposure.
