Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai for a Revenue & Branch Manager. The role involves overseeing revenue performance, branch operations, and customer service activities across one or multiple rental branches. This role ensures optimal pricing, fleet utilization, and profitability while managing branch staff, including customer service and rental agents, to deliver high-quality service and achieve operational and financial targets.

Revenue & Pricing Management

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and fleet utilization
  • Forecast demand and adjust rates based on seasonality, market trends, and branch performance
  • Monitor KPIs such as utilization rate, ADR, revenue per vehicle, and branch profitability
  • Coordinate pricing execution with rental agents and ensure correct rate application
  • Analyze competitor pricing and market conditions

Branch Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned branch(es)
  • Ensure smooth rental and return processes
  • Manage fleet availability, vehicle rotation, cleanliness, and maintenance coordination
  • Control branch costs and ensure profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and legal requirements

Customer Service & Rental Agent Management

  • Supervise, train, and schedule customer service and rental agents
  • Ensure professional customer handling, accurate rental agreements, and upselling
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and service issues
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality standards
  • Ensure agents follow pricing, promotions, and revenue guidelines

Staff & Performance Management

  • Lead, motivate, and evaluate branch staff performance
  • Set sales and service targets for rental agents
  • Conduct training on systems, pricing, customer service, and upselling techniques
  • Prepare performance reports for management

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and operational reports
  • Coordinate with fleet, finance, and senior management
  • Support business growth initiatives and corporate accounts

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in branch management, revenue management, and team leadership
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial forecasting skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in the car rental or automotive industry is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in financial analytics tools and basic office software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Familiarity with the UAE automotive rental market is a must
