Revenue Cycle Manager - Asir

Saudi German Health is seeking an experienced RCM Manager to lead and optimize the Revenue Cycle Management function at our Asir Branch

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management process including registration, coding, billing, claims submission, and collections

Ensure accurate medical coding and billing practices in compliance with insurance and regulatory standards

Monitor claim submissions, denials, and rejections and implement strategies to improve reimbursement rates

Lead initiatives to improve cash flow, revenue capture, and billing efficiency

Analyze RCM KPIs including AR days, denial rates, collection ratios, and claim turnaround times

Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and internal clinical departments to resolve billing issues

Implement RCM process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency

Prepare financial and operational reports for senior management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

710+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management within hospitals or healthcare groups

Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance claims, coding, and reimbursement processes

Experience working with insurance companies and TPAs

Strong analytical and financial reporting skills

Experience managing RCM teams and improving revenue performance
