Job Description

  • Lead and develop the sales organization responsible for business development with developers, brokers, and enterprise clients.
  • Oversee the partnerships function to identify and manage strategic alliances and distribution partners.
  • Define revenue goals and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement through proactive pipeline management and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership (Finance, Technology, and Product heads) to align revenue strategies with company objectives.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new digital services and products.
  • Negotiate key contracts, pricing structures, and revenue-sharing agreements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor offerings to identify new growth opportunities.

An ideal Revenue Head will bring:
