Manager – Revenue Management (Pricing Strategy)
We are looking for a Manager – Revenue Management to support the development and execution of revenue optimization strategies across a large-scale mixed used development.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of pricing strategy, and experience working on large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Optimization
- Support the design and implementation of destination-wide revenue management strategies
- Develop pricing frameworks aligned with market demand, seasonality, and asset positioning
- Analyze revenue performance and identify opportunities to optimize yield across asset classes.
Demand Forecasting & Market Analysis
- Conduct demand forecasting and revenue modeling based on tourism trends and pilgrimage flows
- Analyze seasonality patterns, including peak religious periods, to inform pricing strategies
- Benchmark comparable destinations and hospitality markets to support decision-making
Commercial Performance Monitoring
- Track key metrics such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, retail productivity, and commercial leasing performance
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights to senior stakeholders
- Identify risks and opportunities impacting overall revenue performance
Requirements
- Experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or commercial analytics
- Background in hospitality, real estate, or mixed-use destination projects preferred
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience working with large-scale developments or destination strategies is a plus
