Revenue Specialist

Role Description:

* Monitoring daily occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, and room availability

* Supporting pricing and rate strategies based on demand and market conditions

* Analyzing booking patterns, pickup, cancellations, and pace reports

* Monitoring competitor rates and market trends

* Supporting forecasting and revenue projections

* Identifying opportunities to maximize occupancy and room revenue

* Managing and reviewing rate structures, restrictions, and availability

* Working closely with Reservations, Sales, Front Office, and Operations

* Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports

* Analyzing performance against targets and budgets

* Monitoring online distribution channels and booking performance

* Supporting promotions and revenue-generating initiatives

* Identifying performance gaps and recommending corrective actions

* Using Excel, PMS, RMS, and other technology tools to improve analysis and efficiency

* Following up on revenue-related actions until completion

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Revenue Cycle Management and revenue optimization skills within hospitality or real estate environments.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, reporting, and trend analysis.
• Candidates should possess a foundation in Finance, with the ability to work with budgets, forecasts, and profitability metrics.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Accounting principles relevant to revenue recognition and reconciliation.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and collaborate across teams.
• Experience with hotel or property management systems, revenue management tools, and Excel or other data analysis software is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment are valuable.
