Role Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Organization Effectiveness & Reward Specialist to support the KSA People & Culture team in executing organization design and reward initiatives. This role works closely with the Corporate Reward and Organization Development teams to implement organizational structures, job architecture, and compensation practices that align with business objectives and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support organizational structure design, job mapping, and position management.
- Maintain and update organization charts and workforce structure data.
- Assist with job evaluation and grading activities in coordination with the Corporate Organization Development team.
- Support compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and reward review cycles in collaboration with the Corporate Reward team.
- Prepare analysis and documentation for promotions, salary adjustments, and incentive processes.
- Ensure alignment between job descriptions, grading structures, and organizational design.
- Support workforce planning and headcount analysis for GEO KSA.
- Provide analytical reports related to organization structure and compensation data.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and established reward frameworks.
Profile Requirements
- Solid experience in Organization Effectiveness and Reward practices.
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies such as Hay, Mercer, Korn Ferry, or similar frameworks.
- Experience within large organizations, multinational companies, or consulting firms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional certification in HR, Reward, or Organization Design is considered an advantage.
