Ride Maintenance Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the U.A.E. (preferably in Abu Dhabi) for a number of Ride Maintenance Technicians that we intend employing there. Responsibilities include conducting equipment inspections, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing issues with rides and slides, and ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. The technician will also maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance and repairs performed, collaborating closely with project management and related teams to uphold operational standards.

The primary place of work will be in Abu Dhabi or in the U.A.E. in general, temporary projects in the Gulf Region incl. KSA are well possible and the willingness to travel there (expenses be borne by ALEM) is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance practices
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair processes, with attention to detail and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to hands-on roles
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training is a plus
• Familiarity with amusement ride and water slide operations is advantageous
