Job Description:
Key Responsibilities::
- Coordinate end-to-end order processing from order placement to last-mile delivery
- Monitor real-time order flow and ensure timely fulfilment across all sales channels
- Liaise with warehouse, picking, packing, and delivery teams to meet service-level targets
- Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement and vendor partners
- Resolve order-related issues including cancellations, refunds, and delivery escalations
- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and availability on the platform
- Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfilment time, cancellation rate, and CSAT
- Prepare daily and weekly operational performance reports for leadership review
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salla, Zid, Magento, or similar
- Familiarity with last-mile delivery partners in the UAE (Aramex, Fetchr, Naqel, etc.)
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
- Experience with OMS, WMS, or ERP systems is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
