Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rigger Level 2, based in Abu Dhabi. The Rigger will be responsible for assembling, setting up, and inspecting rigging equipment to safely move heavy loads. Daily tasks include coordinating with the team to determine load requirements, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and proactively identifying potential hazards. The Rigger will also assist in planning lift operations and performing regular maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in assembling, positioning, and securing rigging equipment
• Knowledge of safety standards and the ability to assess risks and hazards
• Experience in operating lifting equipment and collaborating with a team for efficient load handling
• Certification as a Level 2 Rigger from a recognized authority
• Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in construction or industrial environments is advantageous
