We are seeking experienced and certified
Riggers with strong knowledge in
lifting and rigging operations. The candidate must hold a
valid third-party Rigger certificate and be capable of understanding lifting plans and providing correct signals to crane operators during lifting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform rigging and lifting operations safely as per lifting plans and supervisor instructions.
- Understand and interpret lifting plans, load charts, and rigging configurations.
- Assist in slinging, shackle selection, and load securing to ensure safe lifting.
- Communicate clearly with crane operators using standard hand and radio signals.
- Inspect rigging equipment (slings, shackles, hooks, etc.) before use and report defects.
- Follow all site HSE and lifting safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in lifting and rigging activities on construction or industrial projects.
- Valid third-party Rigger certificate (mandatory).
- Good understanding of lifting procedures, signaling, and rigging tools.
- Physically fit and safety-conscious.
- Basic English communication skills for site coordination and safety briefings.
