Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Risk Management and Business Continuity Specialist to join our team and support the organization's risk management and resilience efforts. The role involves identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks, including portfolio risks, while ensuring the implementation of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) processes to maintain business operations and provide advisory support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting quarterly Risk meetings and workshops with Risk Owners.
  • Identifying potential risks that can affect achieving departments or organizational objectives.
  • Assessing identified risk through determining potential probability and impact.
  • Setting control to each identified risk.
  • Monitoring risks through following up controls and actions.
  • Assisting in preparing monthly and quarterly risk reports.
  • Analyzing organization's portfolio and studying key risk issues.
  • Participating in new projects and initiatives to improve Risk Management practice and processes.
  • Working closely with other controlling functions (Compliance, Internal Audit, etc.).
  • Insure the development of business continuity plans.
  • Identify business continuity requirements and solutions.
  • Work closely with all departments to develop and maintain business recovery plans and procedures; reviews, revises, and expands existing plans and protocols.
  • Conducts risk assessments for various departments and functions, analyzing potential business impact of unpredictable business interruptions
  • Follow-up the implementation annual business continuity test plan.
  • Participate in new projects and initiatives to improve business continuity practice and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline.
  • 0-2 years experience in risk management or to sound understanding of risk management concept, measures, and regulatory framework.
