Risk Director

•  Lead the risk and business continuity department, setting strategic objectives and ensuring their achievement
• Identify and analyze potential risks, providing expert guidance on preventive measures
• Identify and implement the risk framework
• Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Report regularly to senior management on risk and compliance issues
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment in risk management activities
• Develop and implement risk management and compliance training programs
• Facilitate internal audits and ensure follow-up on identified areas for improvement
