About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Risk Manager with a strong prop trading background to oversee trading risk, company risk exposure, and trader behavior across all funded and evaluation accounts. This role carries full authority over risk decisions and payout approvals and is critical to the long-term sustainability and profitability of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor all live trading activity across MT5 accounts
• Oversee trader risk exposure and company-wide risk levels
• Analyze trading behavior, patterns, and anomalies
• Make final decisions on risk actions, breaches, and payout approvals
• Develop and refine internal risk rules and frameworks
• Work closely with Operations and Management
• Produce regular risk and performance reports
• Support long-term risk strategy and capital protection

Qualifications:

• Strong background in prop trading risk management
• Experience with MT5 risk monitoring
• Data analysis experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to make high-impact, independent decisions
• Deep understanding of trading strategies, risk metrics, and trader psychology
