The project:

A large client in KSA who is developing various high-end communities throughout the Kingdom. Mace is working with the client to establish the EPMO to enable them to deliver industry-leading practice in regard to processes, procedures, and operational assurance.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Maintenance of comprehensive risk and issue registers.
  • Run the monthly workshops to maintain the registers, and support monthly reports.
  • Maintain the risk registers in PMWeb and Dashboards.
  • Knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure a smooth transition to future phases.
  • Drive effective risk management by embedding frameworks and strategies across commissions, ensuring strong governance and compliance.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks to safeguard delivery outcomes and enhance project resilience.
  • Build trusted client relationships through clear advice, transparent reporting, and assurance on contingency adequacy.
  • Facilitate risk workshops, integrate with PMO and planning disciplines, and coach junior colleagues to strengthen team capability.
  • Deliver quantitative risk analysis, monthly reporting, and oversight of mitigation action plans to maintain project control.
  • Champion sustainability by embedding net zero carbon objectives into risk management, driving measurable reductions in emissions.

You'll need to have:

  • Proven experience delivering risk management frameworks on complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of risk tools, techniques, and software, with practical application in analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, building confidence and trusted relationships.
  • Relevant degree with progress toward Chartered status or professional membership in risk or project management.
