We Are Hiring: Risk Manager
Moyasar Financial Company, a leading Saudi fintech licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to strengthen our enterprise risk capability and support our continued growth in the digital payments sector.
As a Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Moyasar's risk framework, ensuring strong governance, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's enterprise risk management (ERM) framework in alignment with SAMA regulatory guidelines.
- Identify, assess, and monitor risks across all business units, including operational, financial, information security, and strategic risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, prepare risk registers, and ensure effective mitigation plans are implemented.
- Work with department heads to define risk appetite, establish controls, and monitor compliance.
- Prepare periodic risk reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and coordinate internal risk reviews, audits support, and regulatory examinations.
- Facilitate business continuity and disaster recovery planning activities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams to embed risk controls across processes and projects.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and emerging risks in the fintech/payments sector.
- Mentor and support junior team members within the Risk function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in risk management within fintech, payments, or banking.
- Strong understanding of SAMA regulations, ERM frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience in building or enhancing organizational risk controls and governance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certifications such as CRMP, ISO 31000, CRO, CIA (preferred).
