Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise risk management framework and policies.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and report key operational, financial, market, cyber, and compliance risks.
  • Prepare and maintain the organization-wide risk register and KRI dashboard.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and gap analysis for risk controls.
  • Ensure compliance with Central Bank of UAE regulations related to insurance brokers.
  • Facilitate Risk Committee meetings, prepare agenda, minutes, and reports.
  • Collaborate with compliance, internal audit, and IT to ensure integrated governance.
  • Assist departments in identifying risks and developing risk mitigation plans.
  • Monitor and analyze emerging risks and regulatory updates.
  • Lead business continuity planning, incident management, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Support training and awareness programs related to risk management.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Risk Management, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of UAE regulatory and CBUAE Insurance Broker requirements.
  • Professional certifications preferred.
  • Business Continuity Planning
  • Presentation & Reporting Skills
