Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the enterprise risk management framework and policies.
Identify, assess, monitor, and report key operational, financial, market, cyber, and compliance risks.
Prepare and maintain the organization-wide risk register and KRI dashboard.
Conduct periodic risk assessments and gap analysis for risk controls.
Ensure compliance with Central Bank of UAE regulations related to insurance brokers.
Facilitate Risk Committee meetings, prepare agenda, minutes, and reports.
Collaborate with compliance, internal audit, and IT to ensure integrated governance.
Assist departments in identifying risks and developing risk mitigation plans.
Monitor and analyze emerging risks and regulatory updates.
Lead business continuity planning, incident management, and disaster recovery readiness.
Support training and awareness programs related to risk management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Risk Management, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services.
Knowledge of UAE regulatory and CBUAE Insurance Broker requirements.
Professional certifications preferred.
