We are seeking a high-caliber Risk Manager to support the establishment and rollout of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) across PIH and its subsidiaries. This role will be instrumental in embedding a forward-looking, value-driven risk culture, aligned with leading practices such as COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework and ISO 31000 Risk Management Standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the ERM framework across the Group
- Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and maintain risk registers
- Define and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk appetite thresholds
- Support integration with Internal Audit and risk-based audit planning
- Contribute to digital risk transformation, including ERM system implementation and dashboards
- Provide risk oversight across real estate, construction, and hospitality operations
- Prepare executive-level risk reports for senior management and Board committees
- Drive risk awareness and culture across business units
Requirements
- 812+ years of experience in ERM, Risk Advisory, or Internal Audit
- Proven experience in building or transforming risk management functions
- Strong exposure to real estate, construction, and hospitality sectors
- Solid knowledge of ERM frameworks and risk quantification methodologies
- Experience with GRC/ERM systems and data analytics tools is an advantage
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP)
- Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA)
- Institute of Risk Management (IRM) qualifications
- Certification/training in COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework
