Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Risk Manager role based in Riyadh at SAUDICO. The Risk Manager will oversee risk management strategies and ensure their integration into the organization's operations. Key responsibilities include identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, establishing risk controls, and developing risk management plans. The Risk Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and lead initiatives to improve workplace safety and project outcomes. Regular reporting and communication with senior leadership are integral aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1012 years experience in risk management on large construction or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in Risk Assessment, Risk Mitigation Planning, and Risk Reporting
• Strong understanding of Compliance, Internal Controls, and Safety Regulations
• Knowledge of Construction Processes, Contracts, and Project Management
• Strong Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills
• Familiarity with risk management tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CRM (Certified Risk Manager) or PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional)
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language is an asset
