We're Hiring: Risk Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Ali & Sons Holding LLC is looking for a proactive and analytical Risk Specialist to support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Group's Risk Management Framework.
This role is ideal for a professional with a strong understanding of corporate governance, and business continuity who is passionate about helping organizations identify, assess, and manage risks while supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework.
- Maintain and update the Corporate Risk Register.
- Conduct risk assessments across business functions and monitor the effectiveness of risk controls.
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and identify emerging risks.
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive management.
- Support compliance with corporate governance principles and international standards such as ISO 31000 and COSO ERM Framework.
- Assist in developing and updating risk management policies, procedures, and methodologies.
- Support Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and crisis management initiatives.
- Deliver risk awareness sessions and promote risk ownership across the organization.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Information Security, HR, and operational teams.
- Support the implementation of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Risk Management.
- Experience within diversified organizations or holding companies is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CRMP, ISO 31000, CIA, CISA, or other ERM certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
