Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Robot Operator to operate and maintain robotic systems used for the inspection and cleaning of photovoltaic (PV) panels at a Solar Power Plant.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain robotic systems for solar panel inspection and cleaning.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance as per OEM manuals and guidelines.
- Control and monitor robotic system operations through SCADA systems from the control room.
- Diagnose equipment faults and coordinate with OEMs to ensure system availability.
- Plan and schedule solar panel cleaning activities in compliance with OEM standards.
- Execute solar panel cleaning activities as per panel OEM instructions.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports after completion of cleaning activities.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning operations and robotic system performance.
- Strictly comply with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures and site safety standards.
Candidate Requirements- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience operating robotic systems or related automation equipment.
- Experience working in solar power plants or industrial environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, fault diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong adherence to safety procedures and operational discipline.
