Lead a team of RPA developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for career development.
Define the automation strategy and ensure that all projects are aligned with the business objectives.
Project Oversight: Manage and oversee the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Ensure the stability and reliability of RPA solutions through rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Work closely with business stakeholders, including process owners, IT departments, and senior management, to understand requirements and ensure the successful delivery of RPA solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve RPA development processes and tools, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
Collaboration & Best Practices: Foster collaboration within the RPA team and across departments, ensuring the use of best practices and knowledge sharing.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience in RPA development).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong proficiency in RPA development using Blue Prism, including process mapping, object identification, and scripting.
Proven leadership experience in managing and developing technical teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of Agentic AI decision support, troubleshooting.
