Role Description

STEMers is looking for an experienced FLL Challenge Instructor to join our team and mentor students through their FLL Challenge journey.

Requirements:

* Previous hands-on experience participating in or coaching FIRST LEGO League (FLL) Challenge.

* Strong knowledge of LEGO Mindstorms EV3.

* Good knowledge of Arduino and robotics fundamentals.

* Ability to build, program, test, and troubleshoot robotic solutions.

* Experience working with children and teenagers in a STEM/robotics learning environment.

* Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

* Passion for robotics, innovation, and STEM education.

Key Responsibilities:

* Train and mentor students for the FLL Challenge.

* Guide students through robot design, building, programming, and testing.

* Support students in developing and improving their solutions.

* Prepare students for competition challenges and help them develop teamwork and problem-solving skills.

* Monitor students progress and provide technical guidance throughout the competition season.
