The role holder is responsible for executing marketing communication and event activities to achieve predefined objectives and performance targets for assigned EMAAR Entertainment attractions. This includes collaborating with the Brand Groups, Digital Marketing team, Sales, Customer Care, external agencies, vendors, and other relevant departments to ensure the effective implementation of marketing initiatives across Emaar Entertainment's attractions, aligned with Emaar's business goals.
Responsibilities
- Executes local and international marketing activities for Reel Cinemas, ensuring alignment with Emaar Entertainment's long-term brand objectives and strategic goals.
- Develops and implements tactical marketing plans that support brand positioning and contribute to achieving brand objectives, enhancing overall market presence.
- Ensures consistency and quality across all brand communications by adhering to established standards and guidelines, achieving clear and effective messaging.
- Coordinates the execution of marketing and event communications, collaborating with both internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful implementation.
- Assists the Marketing Manager in managing and monitoring marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
- Contributes to the creation and distribution of diverse marketing programs, including web content, newsletters, email campaigns, advertisements, flyers, referral programs, and signage.
- Manages multi-media projects such as photo and video shoots, overseeing the entire process from production to editing and final implementation.
- Supports the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns by conducting research on competitive landscape, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Maintains a deep understanding of the organization's communication goals and work diligently to meet these objectives through tailored marketing initiatives.
- Stays updated on the latest marketing trends and implement innovative strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Prepares post-campaign reports, analyzing results and providing actionable insights for future marketing strategies and improvements.
- Prepare and present pitch decks to film studios to secure exclusive premieres and screenings. Manages filming requests and on-site visits, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Assists in drafting marketing and communication briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Communicates detailed briefs to agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and the successful execution of campaigns.
- Liaises with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations of marketing activities and events, monitoring their performance to meet quality standards.
- Supervises the implementation of marketing projects and events, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Professional Certifications
- Professional Certification in Marketing, Advertising, Media or any related field
Language Skills
- Written and spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred.
Years of Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the attractions, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
