Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Room Attendant based in Dubai. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas. Daily tasks include making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking supplies to ensure a high standard of hygiene and presentation. Additionally, the role involves handling guest laundry requests and providing courteous service to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in housekeeping tasks, including cleaning rooms and maintaining a clean environment
- Experience handling laundry services with attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with guests effectively
- Ability to work efficiently and collaborate as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in hospitality
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Physical stamina to perform duties over extended periods
