Nauru Medical Centre is inviting expressions of interest from experienced Specialist Physicians and Surgeons to join our team on a rotational basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-impact clinical care, support local medical teams, and contribute to reducing overseas patient referralswithout the need for long-term relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist consultations, procedures, and clinical oversight during assigned rotations
• Support and collaborate with local doctors, nurses, and allied health staff
• Assist in building local clinical capacity and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in line with hospital standards

Requirements:

• Medical degree and specialist qualification from a recognized institution
• Board-certified / fellowship-trained in relevant specialty
• Valid medical license/registration (home country)
• Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience preferred
• Experience or interest in international, regional, or resource-limited healthcare settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
