Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Automation Anywhere RPA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere A360. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions, and will be responsible for working onsite with one of our key clients in Dubai. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and strong communication abilities for stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere A360
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to gather and understand requirements
• Ensure bot development aligns with best practices and enterprise standards
• Perform bot performance monitoring, exception handling, and debugging
• Maintain and update existing bots based on feedback and process changes
• Work closely with client-side teams, including business and IT stakeholders
• Document technical solutions and support knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA development
• Strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 (Cloud version)
• Proven ability to design and develop end-to-end automation workflows
• Experience integrating RPA with databases, APIs, and OCR tools
• Familiarity with Control Room administration and bot lifecycle management
• Knowledge of IQ Bot, bot insights, and automation governance practices is a plus
• Scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL is desirable
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Automation Anywhere A360 certification is mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to work onsite in Dubai
• Experience working with UAE/GCC clients is a plus
• Preference will be given to candidates who can join on short notice
