ROLE MISSION
Automate business processes using Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
Key Responsibilities
- Build automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline telecom operations (SIM provisioning, billing reconciliation, fault management) and fintech processes (KYC document collection, loan processing, payment exception handling)
- Integrate AI model outputs from Azure ML into automation workflows to enable intelligent, rules-based decision-making
- Develop Azure Functions and Logic Apps for complex integration scenarios between CRM, billing, payment, and banking systems
- Maintain and optimise existing automations to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance
- Document automation solutions and support handover to operations teams
Must-have Skills
- Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud flows)
- Azure Functions or Logic Apps
- API and system integration experience

- Experience automating telecom or banking/fintech processes
