RPA Senior Business Analyst
Job Description
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Conduct process discovery and prepare Discovery & Assessment Reports
- Define and document business and functional requirements
- Assess and recommend solutions using Classic RPA and Agentic RPA
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle
- Apply Agile frameworks and participate in Agile ceremonies
- Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RPA, Business Analysis, or Intelligent Automation
- Strong knowledge of Classic RPA and Agentic RPA
- Experience in process discovery, assessment, and requirements gathering
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate is a plus
