Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo for a PC/Senior Resale Real Estate professional. The primary responsibilities include managing property resale transactions, identifying potential buyers and sellers, and overseeing the end-to-end sales process. The role involves maintaining client relationships, preparing sales documents, conducting property inspections, and delivering tailored consultancy based on client needs. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and build a network to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate processes, property laws, and market trends
• Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in the real estate industry, particularly resale, is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
