Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real-Time Management (RTM) Analyst located in Qesm El Maadi. The RTM Analyst will be responsible for monitoring real-time performance and managing workforce schedules to optimize productivity. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, addressing staffing needs, adjusting schedules to meet service level agreements, and communicating with team leaders to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6 months in real time management, analytics, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
