Program Purpose:

As part of our commitment to empowering, developing Saudi talents, and advancing our Saudi workforce. S-Chem is pleased to announce a unique on-the-job training opportunity through the Tamheer Program by offering structured learning, mentorship, and real-world project experience.

This program targets motivated and ambitious individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment. Location: Jubail Industrial City

Target: Saudi Fresh Graduates (Bachelor's / Diploma Degree Holders)

Program Eligibility:

• The applicant must hold bachelor's or diploma degree from an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education in the required field.
• The applicant must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
• The applicant must be currently available for work.
• The applicant must not have prior work experience in the public or private sector exceeding one calendar year.
• The applicant must be registered in TAQAT/HRDF platform.
• The applicant must be proficient in English.
