Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant role at WHY Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The consultant will be responsible for conducting market research to identify properties aligned with client needs, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the end-to-end property sales process. Additional tasks include scheduling property viewings, negotiating contracts, and keeping abreast of evolving market trends to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales, Property Management, and Client Relationship Building
• Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Strong Analytical, Market Research, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Attention to Detail, Time Management, and Organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM Software and MS Office Suite
• Relevant certifications or prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus
