Role Description The SaaS Business Development Executive – Restaurants & Hotels – UAE Based role is a full-time hybrid position located in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities for Hyve AI Labs SaaS solutions within the hospitality sector, specifically restaurants and hotels across the UAE. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target accounts, generating qualified leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting tailored product demonstrations that address client needs. The executive will manage the sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and closing, then support smooth handover to account management and customer success teams. The role also involves maintaining a strong pipeline in CRM tools, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating with product and marketing teams, and providing market feedback to help refine offerings for the hospitality segment.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of building pipelines and closing SaaS or technology deals.
Strong Business acumen and understanding of commercial drivers in the restaurants and hotels sector, ideally within the UAE or GCC region.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience in Account Management, maintaining long-term client relationships and supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales or technology solutions for hospitality is highly desirable.
Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools to manage leads, track activities, and report on performance.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, prioritize effectively, and meet targets and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Fluency in English and UAE market experience are an advantage.
