Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a SaaS Sales Account Executive. The role involves identifying and generating leads, managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective clients, presenting SaaS solutions, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The position offers an opportunity to work autonomously while contributing to the company's growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Lead Generation and Account Management
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building capabilities
  • Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and managing client needs
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet sales goals
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
  • Prior experience in SaaS sales or a related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
