Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a SaaS Sales Account Manager. The role involves developing and managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and engaging with prospective clients to present tailored SaaS solutions. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction, as well as achieve sales targets and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities:

1.Sales&BusinessDevelopment

Identify,target,andacquirenewbusinesscustomersforZohosolutions(ZohoOne,

CRM,Books,Desk,Projects,People,etc.).

Drivethefullsalescycle:prospectingneedsanalysisproductdemosproposal

negotiationclosing.

Conductregularfieldvisits,clientmeetings,andpresentations.

Maintainahigh-qualitysalespipelineandachievemonthlyandquarterlysalestargets.

PrepareanddelivercustomizedZohoproductdemonstrationsandsolutionwalkthroughs.

2.AccountManagement

Manageandgrowassignedexistingaccountsthroughupsellingandcross-sellingZoho

applications.

Buildlong-termrelationshipswithkeystakeholdersanddecision-makers.

3.Market&ProductExpertise

StayupdatedonZohoproductfeatures,updates,andintegrations.

Understandcustomerbusinessindustriesandrecommendbest-fitsolutions.

4.Coordination&Reporting

Workcloselywithpre-sales,implementation,andsupportteamstoensuresmoothproject

handover.

ReportweeklyandmonthlysalesperformancetotheCommercialDirector.

Updateandmaintainallsalesactivities,pipelines,anddocumentationonZohoCRM.

Ensurecompliancewithinternalcommercialproceduresanddocumentation

Qualifications&Experience

Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,Marketing,orrelatedfield.

35yearsofexperienceinoutdoorB2Bsales(preferred:CRM,ERP,techsolutions).

PreviousexperiencesellingZohoproductsisamust.

StrongknowledgeofCRMandbusinessautomationsystems.

Skills

Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationskills.

Strongpresentationanddemoskills(online+onsite).

Abilitytobuildrapportandmaintainstrongclientrelationships.

Self-driven,result-oriented,andcapableofworkingindependently.

ExcellentcommandofArabicandEnglish.

ScopeofWork:

LeadcustomeracquisitionforSMEsandlargeenterprises.
