Job Description

Our client builds quote-to-contract software that helps B2B sales teams streamline pricing approvals, proposal creation, order forms, and contract signatures. Their platform is designed for high-growth software companies with complex pricing models, replacing manual spreadsheets and Google Docs with a modern workflow. They already support fast-scaling SaaS businesses and enterprise customers, with contract values ranging from $5K to over $130K. They are now building a repeatable outbound sales motion and are looking for their first dedicated SDR to help drive pipeline growth.

Need to have qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
  • Previous experience selling SaaS or other B2B software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of commercial sales processes, including quotes, pricing approvals, proposals, and deal progression.
  • Experience conducting high-volume outbound prospecting, with the ability to make 80+ calls per day.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling into mid-market SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with RevOps, sales operations, or revenue technology buyers.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Artisan, HubSpot, or similar outbound tools.
  • Experience prospecting into CRO, RevOps, Finance, or executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a startup or early-stage B2B software company.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, with phone outreach making up the majority of daily activity.
  • Build relationships with CROs, RevOps leaders, Finance teams, and other key decision-makers.
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for company leadership.
  • Personalize LinkedIn outreach and engage with prospects through social selling activities.
  • Follow up with tailored email outreach after meaningful prospect interactions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage prospect activity throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, objection handling, and outbound strategy.
  • Participate in ongoing sales coaching, call reviews, role plays, and training sessions.
  • Learn the company's quote-to-contract platform and confidently communicate its value to prospective customers.
  • Consistently achieve outbound activity and meeting targets while contributing feedback to improve the go-to-market strategy.
