SaaS / ERP Sales Specialist

At OSOSS, we're building powerful SaaS solutions that help businesses manage their operations end-to-end — from POS and e-commerce to inventory, accounting, and order management.

We're looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to provide customer support services to our clientele, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist in improving the overall customer experience.

Before you apply, please make sure you meet ALL of the below:

• Minimum 3 years of technical Support experience.

• At least 2 years of SaaS / ERP / POS / E-commerce solutions experience

• Currently based in Cairo (Heliopolis, Nasr City, Sheraton, Nozha, or nearby areas)

• Available to work varied shifts.
