About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Engineer to oversee and maintain safe working conditions across our aluminium faade fabrication and installation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and prevent workplace incidents in both factory and site operations.

Salary : Based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and regulations at project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards during faade installation, scaffolding, glazing, and lifting operations.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions, recommend corrective actions, and follow up until closure.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.
• Ensure proper use of PPE, safe access, and work-at-height compliance
• Maintain accurate HSE statistics and prepare weekly/monthly safety reports.
• Maintain safety reports, audit records, risk assessments, and emergency drills and ensure work-at-height compliance.

What You'll Bring:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 3-5 years experience in faade or construction safety.
• Certified in NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
• Skilled in conducting site inspections, audits, and safety investigations.
• Ability to work in multicultural teams and under demanding project conditions.
