Conduct routine risk assessments and detailed safety audits across distribution sites, warehouses, and transport operations to identify hazards and ensure safe practices are maintained in accordance with Saudi standards and Coca-Cola requirements.
Investigate and report all safety incidents, accidents, and near-misses in RTM operations, providing thorough root cause analysis and recommending corrective and preventive actions aligned with Coca-Cola Life Saving Rules.
Collaborate with RTM teams, drivers, warehouse workers, and logistics personnel to ensure safe loading, transportation, unloading, and delivery of products while minimizing risks in transit and adhering to Coca-Cola Life Saving Rules.
Provide comprehensive safety training and awareness sessions to RTM staff, including commercial drivers, warehouse workers, distribution teams, and management to ensure compliance with Saudi safety protocols, Coca-Cola Life Saving Rules, and labor regulations.
Monitor, maintain, and ensure proper inventory of safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, first aid kits, personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency response kits, and vehicle safety devices in accordance with Saudi standards and Coca-Cola specifications.
Prepare regular safety reports, performance metrics, and trend analysis for the Safety Manager and Coca-Cola operating unit team to track progress and identify areas for improvement within RTM operations.
Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and work instructions specific to RTM operations that align with Coca-Cola Life Saving Rules and update them based on Saudi regulatory changes and operational needs.
Conduct vehicle safety inspections and pre-trip audits to ensure all transportation equipment meets Saudi safety standards, Coca-Cola Life Saving Rules, and regulatory requirements.
Manage safety performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing trends and patterns to identify systemic issues and recommend strategic improvements aligned with Coca-Cola objectives.
Provide mentoring and guidance to RTM supervisors and team leaders on safety best practices, Coca-Cola Life Saving Rules implementation, and hazard management aligned with Saudi regulations.
Investigate and address driver and staff safety violations, implementing corrective action plans and monitoring compliance in accordance with Saudi labor laws and Coca-Cola policies.
Maintain detailed documentation of all safety audits, inspections, incidents, investigations, and training activities for regulatory compliance, Coca-Cola operating unit reporting, and Saudi authorities as required.
Report safety data and performance metrics to the Coca-Cola operating unit on a regular basis (monthly) as per company reporting requirements and KPI tracking.
Ensure all RTM personnel understand and adhere to Coca-Cola Life Saving Rules through continuous training, communication, and enforcement of these critical safety standards.
