Knowledge

Deep understanding of local and international safety standards and regulations, including OSHA, ISO 45001, ANSI, and local building codes.
Familiarity with construction safety equipment such as PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), fall protection, fire safety, and heavy machinery.
Ability to perform site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety policies.
Strong understanding of hazard identification and risk assessment tools used in construction projects.
Ability to motivate and guide workers in adhering to safety standards while resolving safety-related issues.
