We are looking for a dedicatedSafety Officerto support and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and industry standards
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare detailed reports
- Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and management on safety matters
Requirements
- UAE National (Family Book required)
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification preferred
- 15 years of experience in a safety role (construction, facilities, or development preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and best practices
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
