About Us
Gold and Minerals is a fast-growing exploration and development company which has a proud track record of operating in Saudi Arabia since 2009. We have two exciting projects which we are seeking to develop over the next three years. The first of these projects is our Jibal Qutman Project near Bisha in Asir province and the second is our Hawiah Project near Taif in Makkah Province.

Role Description
- Develop, implement and maintain procedures and safe systems of work to be focused on Exploration and Mining activities.
- Promote a strong safety culture through engagement, risk assessment, coaching, and visible leadership
- Undertake inspections and audits of the workplace to monitor level of compliance with standards, procedure and legislation;
- Support emergency response planning and drills;
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, registers, and reporting systems
- Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for employees and contractors;
- Participate in investigations of incidents and provide assistance in preparing reports to ensure root causes and appropriate corrective actions are identified.
- Assess incident and injury information to determine trends and recommend corrective actions to improve safety performances.
- Ensure compliance with KSA safety regulations
Educational
BSc in Occupational Health and Safety
Valid OSHA or NEBOSH certification (mandatory)
Experience And Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in Mining/Exploration environments
- Team leader, personable, work independently, drive objectives through to completion Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Arabic and English speaking
