To Support HSE inspections, audits, and self-assessments, conducting toolbox talks and maintaining their records. Monitor vehicle and driver compliance to vehicle inspections ensuring owned assets and/or subcontractors are fit and safe to operate according to QHSE policies and procedures. Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by everyone. Report near miss and yard incidents, following standard procedures and policies.
Accountabilities:
Capture owned and subcontractor assets inspection details using the manual/digital inspection form.
Ensure all fittings and accessories required to perform the order are allocated to the assets according to customer
requirement and standards
Assign assets for repair in case of any remarks related to owned assets and communicate the remarks related to
the subcontractor by email
Participate in the investigation of incidents and accidents along with the QHSE Manager and recommending the
preventive measures for avoiding re-occurrence
Enforcing existing safety systems such as Risk Assessment, pre-work briefing for each activity and record keeping,
recommending various signs as per the job requirements and get it placed
Record and report post-trip and pre-trip repairs requirement manually/in system
Maintain drivers safety training records.
Validate drivers resting time prior to dispatch
Lead drivers safety training schedules and briefings
Correct unsafe acts or conditions through regular line of authority
Inspection of all workplaces, the promotion of the safe conduct of work, hazard identification techniques and
communication of corrective measures to management
Training of staff and ensuring that they are issued with adequate instructions and creating awareness of safe work
practice among them
Carrying out Job Safety Analysis to determine Hazards of the operations/activity and facilitating suitable
solutions
Manage drivers risk profiles by utilizing/analysing FMS and on-board monitoring systems
Maintain a filing system for the safety checklist prior and after delivery.
Ensure the job is performed by adhering to safety standards applicable.
Protect environment, operate on a clean basis, and achieve sustainable development.
Accountable for own health and safety and do not put others at risk in the course of work performance.
Ensure Systems accuracy and accurate updates
Assist the QHSE Manager in the various emergency mock drills at each location
Actively participate in the company's Internal Audit process
Always comply with company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Authorities:
Supervise and direct drivers and labours on day-to-day activities.
Utilize ERP system.
Give monthly safety trainings to drivers and labours.
Functional Competencies

Education:
Bachelor's in engineering and Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
