Overview

Our client, a leading multinational engineering organization, is seeking experienced Safety Officer to support project operations across Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE standards, statutory regulations, and project safety requirements while promoting a proactive safety culture across project sites

Package - SAR 5000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor HSE compliance across project site
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), JSA, and Method Statemen
• Monitor high-risk activities including working at height, lifting, hot work, electrical work, LOTO, and confined space
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness session
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective action
• Ensure PPE compliance and support emergency response activities
• Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety documentation
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and client HSE representatives

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
• NEBOSH IGC – Mandatory (IOSH preferred)
• Minimum 5 years HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or electromechanical project
• Elevator and escalator project experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of PTW, Risk Assessment, JSA, Incident Investigation, LOTO, Working at Height, Confined Space, Electrical Safety, HSE Audits, and Emergency Response
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
• Valid Saudi Driving License, Iqama, and Ajeer Contract are mandatory
