Safety Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Safety Supervisor. The Safety Supervisor will oversee the implementation and monitoring of safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Responsibilities include conducting safety training sessions, monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations, performing accident investigations, identifying workplace hazards, and implementing measures to mitigate risks. The role requires collaboration across teams to promote a robust safety culture within the organization.

• Proficiency in Health & Safety management and Occupational Health practices
• Experience in Safety Training and conducting safety workshops or programs
• Knowledge of Safety Engineering principles and ability to oversee safety compliance
• Skills in Accident Investigation and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Certifications in safety, such as OSHA or NEBOSH, are highly advantageous
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
